Addresses inmate misbehavior through the Three- Tiered Hearing process. Is a Hearing Officer for the facility. Reviews Tier II tickets on a regular basis for consistency. Supervises S-Block video/Tier III hearing tapes. Assigns and reviews investigations pertaining to inmate complaints. Takes part in the Time Allowance Committee. Sits on the Superintendent's Committee. Assigns and reviews inmate claims. Facility F.O.I.L. security contact. Reviews Officers grievances and answers accordingly. Acts as facility ACA Manager and directs various employees on accreditation issues and prepares for the ACA Audit done tri-annually. Deals daily with Shock Program issues, Health/Sanitation issues, Work Crew issues. Truck Trap/Process issues and contact. Conducts daily rounds throughout the Shock and Annex compounds. Supervises daily operations at both Shock and Annex and deals with issues as warranted. Supervises charts, training, and arsenal issues. Supervises the record keeping of the Redbook, Plans, and Updates. Does weekly, monthly, and annual reports such as Cross Gender Pat Frisk, Medical Statistics, Uniform Inspections, Strip Frisk, and Grievance. Is Facility contact for Inspector General's Office, State Poliee, and other outside agencies. Is the Criminal Prosecution liason. Show less
