I started with Littlehampton Brick Co in January of 2008 as a sales rep responsible for developing new business in Adelaide's Southern suburbs and Country S.A, As Adelaide's leading Boutique brick manufacturer we focus on making high quality value for money clay bricks and pavers.Brick manufacture is an ancient process and our factory is over 120 years old, but our factory is at the cutting edge with the best in the business when it comes to making Bricks and pavers of the highest quality and still hand graded on pallets.Littlehampton Brick Co is 100% South Australian and is owned by a family in the Adelaide Hills that treats its employees like family.My career in sales has stretched for over twenty years now and includes retail management (Cash Converters) Territory Sales Manager (insurance), time share in Madeira and mainland Portugal, and estimating for a landscaping company for the four years preceding my start at Littlehampton Brick co.My experience has me well placed to take Littlehampton Brick co into the next few years as Australia's Leading Boutique brick Manufacturer.My Recent success is negotiating to send specially manufactured cobblestone pavers to the new Disney being developed in Shanghai China.

A challenging role which involved managing, training and mentoring a team of sales reps travelling between the two territories from town to town, servicing existing accounts and creating new accounts down the business street. Many highlights but achieving increase after increase in both areas over a 6 year period and achieving bonus in three out of my six years in the business, mentoring two managers through to manage territories of their own gave me a great deal of satisfaction.
