Schedule works for all engineers.Keep in contact with all clients about lead times of ordered products using both telephone and email communication. Keep in touch with manufacturers for lead times using both telephone and email communication. Ensure engineers are given sufficient notice when they are required to work late or out of normal working hours. Organise all hired equipment and working at height platforms or scaffolding.Provide clients with adhoc quotations as required and order parts if necessary in accordance to the business needs. Take delivery and to update the status in the works schedule. Liaise with colleagues in reference to orders, servicing and any other items that may occur.Perform other duties as assigned.

Assisting with, but not limited to:Assemble, install, test and maintain doors and roller shutters, sectionals and personnel doors using hand tools and power tools.Diagnose door/component failure using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.Ensure all relevant documentation and certification is administered correctly and that Company and Client policies and procedures are adhered to correctly.Perform physically demanding tasks, such as moving and lifting heavy objects.Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools and testing equipment.Work from ladders, scaffolds and powered access to install maintain roller shutters, sectionals and personnel doors.Required to assist with the installation of the following products:• High speed doors• Traffic barriers• Control panels• Gate systems• Perform other duties as assigned
