As the Processr lead, I own the end-to-end launch management process and work to enable faster time to market for all services across our $40B cloud business. I partner with key stakeholders to automate, simplify, and streamline the launch process, and I am responsible for continuous improvements to both the process and our team’s KPIs.Key Responsibilities: - Steward the end-to-end launch management process for our Azure commercial business to ensure services are delivered to market accurately and on-time - Partner with key stakeholders to automate and adapt the existing process as new tools and systems are rolled out - Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities to further optimize and improve the launch process - Own change management for all changes to the launch process, including communications, training and onboarding - Build a strong partnership with business planners and continually seek feedback on how to refine and improve our launch methods - Partner with internal operations, business planning, engineering, finance and other teams for a shared vision of success

· Subject matter expert for all aspects of Azure Storage product pricing, ensuring alignment with pricing principles and responsible for implementing pricing updates for all Azure Storage services in the Azure commerce platform. · Collaborating with regional business planning team on implementation of prices in support of regional expansion.· Tracking all changes to Azure Storage pricing within the internal project management and release operations systems and responsible for internal communications across teams for updates, risks, and issues.· Key contributor to the Super User Group whose focus is the improvement of all operational processes throughout the Business Planning community.· Valued project team member for the migration of our meter update process to a new inhouse commerce platform. Owner of the translation of Azure Storage pricing into algorithmic requirements to deliver an automated calculation tool and advised on user interface experience.

· Accountable for high quality, compliant end to end incentive program optimization and instrumentation for the operational processes supporting the programs. · Delivered new functionality to our SAP product and pricing tool, working with engineers and end-user teams, for cloud and on-premises products in the volume licensing space. This allowed for the on-going and ever increasing monthly publication of millions of global pricepoints for Microsoft’s products.· Drove business priorities, and data model solutions for new cloud and on-premises product and pricing services.· Performed standard release and project management duties for Volume Licensing policy updates, and FX rate changes that provided the infrastructure to allow the company to deliver and monetize new solutions.· Evaluated opportunities, by analyzing current processes and data flow models, to increase product and pricing publication efficiency and speed without increasing cost.· Led cross-functional teams through work stream milestones and drove for resolution on complicated issues.· Engaged with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.

* Served as business analyst in Microsoft Ireland for many projects including the launch of a new cross functional ERP system for the pricing team. Worked on BRDs, tested and passed the new functionality, and worked with business and technical teams to complete the process diagrams and instructional documentation. * Worked as business analyst on global 6 sigma projects to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and customer/partner experience. * Served as business analyst and subject matter expert for a project to deploy a new SAP R/3 pricelist publication tool for Volume Licensing programs. Took part in the sign-off of the BRD and functional spec, translated the end user legacy system rules to the new end user SAP rules, created EMEA specific UAT scripts, completed UAT and was part of the conversion team. * Managed 3 pricing analysts on the team as Volume Licensing Pricing Program Manager and 2 pricing analysts as the Entertainment and Device Pricing Program Manager * Managed pricing customer/partner experience by building networks with program managers, channel operations, and extending operations team. * Managed business processes by ensuring pricelist publication process is up to date, and ensuring all processes were clearly documented to ISO standard.

* Developed and implemented ISO 9001 certification for the company. Compiled the systems and procedures manual for each department * Responsible for purchasing majority of stock, maintaining correct stock levels, ordering specials, scheduling deliveries. * Analysed pricing data to ensure correct pricing margins were maintained and used.

* Handled general office duties including data entry, processing orders, reconciling stock quotations, answering phones, greeting visitors and billing inquiries. * Involved in the genera looked after orders from being the initial point of contact on the telephone to getting signed Proof of Delivery dockets and scheduling deliveries and ETAs. * Issued debit and credit notes to rectify errors and kept head office abreast of current statistical analysis.

Produced a dissertation with for the construction of an Internet based decision-making tool for use on the choice of best route for the Waterford-Kill N9 bypass using Delphi and Paradox. As part of a two man team we created the website side of the tool originally using Delphi 4gl and then JavaScript. We used Paradox to programme the database backend. The tool took in values on the internet web pages, stored them in a database and then calculated the results and displayed them on a web page. We worked under very strict deadlines and achieved our "going live" target.
