About Wayne Lee

I’m passionate about organisations and individuals achieving goals through skills acquisition. I’ve been doing this for twenty plus years either at an operational level within business, or as an educator, including having key roles in two greenfield RTO start-ups which grew to become benchmarks in their sectors. I’m a VET Generalist with an extremely broad range of skills and experiences which include program conceptualisation, tender writing, training delivery, marketing and funding resourcing. I have extensive experience in most aspects of the skills acquisition cycle including the attraction and recruitment of talent, development through quality mentoring, training and skilling and the implementation of retention strategies.
