• Manage a team of Admin and 3 Drivers to achieve Local Distribution to stores throughout Malaysia.• Ensure FIFO is followed for food ingredients and HSE is fully adhered• Oversee a full set of system entries from Purchase Orders right to Invoicing and Credit Notes for product returns.• Achieve successful deliveries without incurring any unfulfillment of Purchase Order especially for Distribution Centres.• Streamline procedures for operational effectiveness as and when required• Cost control especially for usage of 3rd party logistics when volume is high and ensure delivery by zone to reduce cost• Assist in operational migration (system wise and procedure wise) towards our third party logistics (Tuck Sun Logistics) based on management direction.• Monitor picking, packing, labelling loading, unloading and maintenance of vehicles and warehouse equipment.• Liaise with 3PL for stock adjustment,GRA,Damage stock, Arrangement of deliveries, Stock Handling.• Match Stock Balance between Distrepark and Marvel Distribution (Autocount).• Organize stock-take twice a year and prepare for stock write-off as and when necessary.

• Manage daily operations of raw material which includes issuing,receiving, warehousekeeping of up to 5 warehouses at different locations handling timber, hardware, foam, carton, wood component, metal frame(about 1000SKU’s) for the furniture industry.• In charge of manpower delegation and structuring of organization consisting of 75 workers for a more effective and efficient operation flow. In addition to that, manage budget regarding promotion and increment of workers.• Verifies all documents as well ensuring all admin do daily data entry for incoming and issuing of raw material into excel which will then be keyed in by accounts into Microsoft Navision 2013 system.• Implement and suggest new procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the operations to the management and supervise to ensure it is carried out properly amongst the workers• Ensures warehouse follows 5s rule and comply to HSE regulations especially for fire hazard. • Arrange daily logistics for transfer of material to supply for the demand of 3 production factories and schedule raw material between 4 different warehouses. Receive raw material from container (unloading import) and loading export finish goods into container from time to time.• Report to the management whenever there is an overstock of goods or if there is any replacement or quality issues for damaged/stolen goods during receiving, storage and during issuing.• Organize stock-take twice a year and monthly cycle counts for the organization to gauge inventory levels and for proposal to write off slow stock• Liaise with departments such as R&D, Quality Control, Marketing, Purchasing, Material Planning, Shipping and Production to solve issues that affect operations relating to these departments.• In charge of yearly stocktakes for internal/external audits.• Troubleshoot or solve problems regarding machinery, logistics, receiving from Subcontractors, issuing stock to production personnel and product quality issues.

Overseeing all Inventory and warehouse functions for this trading company with over 1000 SKU's of FMCG products. Functions include, KPI for warehouse workers, implementation of warehouse procedures, quality checking, daily/weekly/yearly inventory reports and SAP system management.

In charge of Inventory functions including stock counts,reporting, procedures,adjustments for the whole of the ASEAN region.Ensuring physical stock matches with ERP system (Microsoft AX and Microsoft Navision)

I am required to ensure that the company has liquidity while managing its debt level to finance all its operational and capital investment requirements. Among the tasks that I am obliged to carry out includes, cash flow forecasts, hedging, bank reconciliations and bank remittance to ASEAN counterparts. Basically, I am the link between the Bank and the Company.

Taking on a new task compared to my previous job, I am in charge of bank reporting on a daily,weekly,monthly basis. Apart from handling Client withdrawals and deposits, I would be actively doing reconciliations, monitoring group risk profiles and overnight placements. More importantly, upholding the procedures based on the securities commission is my utmost priority.
