Wayne is a real estate entrepreneur & technology enthusiast with big dreams.After seeing half of his friends from school leave Vancouver due to housing affordability, Wayne decided that he’s had enough. Prior to this role, Wayne was part of the Marketing Development Program (MDP) at TELUS, known for developing future leaders through intensive marketing-focused rotations in a compressed time frame, making this his 7th role in TELUS within 6 years.Outside of work, Wayne is a mentor through the Leaders of Tomorrow program, and a volunteer through the Company of Young Professionals program at the Vancouver Board of Trade. Wayne is also an active member of several real estate associations and networking groups. While his passion is in helping people achieve their financial/home ownership dream, he is also actively expanding his real estate portfolio via investment opportunities such as buy-fix-hold-sell of multifamily & commercial properties, joint ventures, private lending, and real estate development.A strong believer in win-win outcomes, he aims to open a new chapter in Canada for his family’s 40+ year real estate development business in Asia by becoming a housing provider and changing lives, one family at a time.
