As a HRBP for a fintech client, I managed and grew the team from an initial 15 employees to an active headcount of around 60 within six months. Reason of Leaving: PandemicVictory Paradise Resort offered me my first overseas opportunity, based in Cambodia. Starting with approximately 400 employees, I witnessed and supported the company’s remarkable expansion to 1,100 employees by the time I left. During my tenure, the organization grew beyond a single resort to include several office buildings, hostel facilities capable of housing up to 5,000 individuals, and the development of a new hotel. This role allowed me to contribute to and navigate the challenges of rapid growth in a dynamic international environment.

I was also selected to represent HR department in a significant hotel rebranding project, which offered me unique insights into brand transformation and cross-departmental collaboration. This experience strengthened my adaptability and broadened my understanding of brand alignment in a dynamic work environment.
