• Collaborating with Product Manager to find out the problems from customers
• According to the problems from customers, defining the hypothesis
• Based on the hypothesis, collaborating with the RD team to develop the features of XBC
• XBC agent had been deployed to 7 million endpoints globally

• Apex One/OfficeScan Sustain Engineer Manager (Apex One/OfficeScan is the endpoint security solution)
• Lead sustain engineer team (12 members) to provide the sustain service of Apex One/OfficeScan
• Serving around 50,000 customers and 15 million endpoints in the global world
• Collaborate with other region SEG teams (US, JP, EU) to provide 24x7 sustain service
