This position has overall responsibility for ensuring the goals and objectives of the building programs serving the Nisqually Tribe are met.

Greater Atlanta Area

• I managed and assigned responsibilities for hundreds of small projects worth over $15M with a construction staff of 15 in locations across the Southeast (AL, GA, FL, NC, SC & TN).
• Assisted in bidding construction projects: read construction plans, conducted material take-offs, labor estimates, and subcontractor requirements.

• I managed superintendents and subcontractors on 2 large heavy industrial projects: exceeded profit and schedule expectations on both projects.
• Implemented and managed PlanGrid on a $300M project to manage inventory of thousands of pieces of equipment and materials on the job site. Trained supervisors, engineers and the client in using PlanGrid.
• Estimated, planned and scheduled projects, and managed project controls – RFI, change orders, etc.
• Developed SOPs for construction staff, ensured OSHA compliance and performed equipment maintenance.

Greater Denver Area

• I developed and managed a team of construction professionals to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinated home office support for engineering, rigging, purchasing, QC, accounting and other functions.
• Estimated, planned and scheduled projects; conducted site visits and delivered regular progress reports.
