Hello, I have been active in the Telecommunications business area for over 35 years. We just completed building a Service Transportation Network Platform (STNP), sometimes known as a mobility service provider. The new company operates just like the Uber & Lyft companies, but we choose to operate in the Heating & Air Condition industry (HVAC). The customers who are in need of repairs and/or replacement services for their air condition or Heating can now download our Customer App on their cell phone and schedule their service needs using our Service Platform. Their service call will be routed via GPS to the closest Service repair technician available. The task is then assigned to one of our contracted repair technicians via the Agent app on their cell phone. This Service Platform will have the same potential to bring a much-needed change to the HVAC industry just like what Uber & Lyft have done in the Taxi industry. We will be launching in San Antonio, Texas in December 2018 and will continue expanding to the top 10 cities in Texas throughout 2019. We will be offering our services to residential - apartment - rental property owners and to any businesses that cannot be without Air Condition such as Starbucks or McDonald's. On Demand Home Services (ODHS) response time is estimated within 30 to 45 minutes.
