JM&A Group, Deerfield Beach, FL- April, 2008- February, 2013District Manager-Managed twenty-two dealership accounts by successfully developing and maintaining productive relationships with Dealer Principals, CFO's, General Managers and Finance Directors. My responsibilities included demonstrating JM&A's value proposition by training processes and procedures, staffing, pay plan and incentive implementation. Additionally, I was responsible to oversee reinsurance programs, observe claim history and loss ratios, while communicating trends and areas of opportunity with dealers. Finally, I was responsible to actively market and acquire new business by developing an aggressive marketing plan while consistently maximizing referrals and cold calls. I was the recipient of the Platinum Sales Award in 2011 for year over year acquisition growth and same store sales improvement. Sr. Finance Specialist-Traveled nationwide to new accounts and installed products, processes, and trained income development word-tracks and visuals. Responsible to train the entire dealership in either a one or two week period by hands on demonstrations and formal group training. I was graded on performance, plus residual performance of the dealership, which led to my promotion as a District Manager.
