I have run a small Grounds Maintenance Company since January of 1990. We specialize in turf mowing, turf over seeding, aeration and light landscaping. We mainly work on or near the waterfront. We pride ourselves in the quality of our service and how our properties always look groomed when we depart. We keep our mowing equipment maintained and up to date. We are always wearing our company colors to maintain a professional appearance. Our customer base includes many longtime customers. We work for realtors and have a limited amount of commercial accounts.

Pwd Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy

My main job is being a customer liaison for NSA Annapolis Naval Base and NRL Chesapeake Beach Detachment. I monitor all construction projects at both bases, attend progress meetings and interject when needed. Monitor EM385 Safety Practices on job sites. Meet with building managers to plan for future work needed for remodeling, maintenance and repair of their facilities. Meet with building managers on a regular basis to ensure that all their needs are met and accomplished. Perform ICAP Inspections and update the data into our database for future projects. Work with Senior Leadership on the needs for PWD Annapolis. Meet with contractors and discuss scopes of work and different methods to perform work. Work with PWD Facilities Contracting Division to keep their inventories and pm requirements updated as buildings get remodeled and updated. Regularly meet with the Base CO and XO to discuss projects, weather issues to ensure all their needs are met.

North Severn Naval Base

I worked in the Test Crew in most of the various sections from Sub Shaft Seals to the Deep Ocean Systems Test Tank. I assembled alot of different machines and pumps for Engineers that has small budgets. I was on the Oil Spill Response Team, performed general maintenance on the Base Fleet of Boats and Vessels. I left when it was announced that the Base was closing.
