I feel it is important to start with I am primarily a proud Dad of two boys, humbled by their day to day development and then in the time I spend away from them I am a truly focused and driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset aiming to be successful in all aspects of life.I have been developing and perfecting good working relationships for 18+ years, starting out as an apprentice Plumbing & Heating Engineer with big aspirations leading me to negotiating contracts as a Commercial Sub-Contractor in the Mechanical Engineering Design/Installation sector, later transferring those skills over into the Automotive Industry.I then spent the next few years honing my craft in sales, understanding the fundamentals of establishing common ground, building rapport by asking the right questions at the early point of consultation and really listening to a clients needs in order to tailor my approach when ultimately advising them on making major financial decisions and truly deliver a first class customer experience whilst maintaining a profitable outcome for my respective business.This process-driven consistent level of results led to promotion as Business Manager, where I proudly recruited, coached, developed and mentored the team to company award winning status consistently throughout my tenour.Passion for progression and success has led me into my new role within the property sector, expanding on my sales experience and skillset to further my knowledge and advise new clients on first class investment opportunities.
