After spending a fantastic time working for shop Direct with the best working colleagues anyone could wish to have it was time for me to move on last November 2018.After a couple of months off recharging batteries it was time for me to get back out there and having spent 35 years involved in importing I decided to go in a completely different direction so leased a business property and turned it into a local cafe. After a few hiccups I am glad to say the Hill Side Cafe is now open for business!!!

As an operations manager my main key areas of responsibilities encompass all Inbound International and European stock deliveries to DC’s as well as the important demands and responsibilities of HMRC Rules and regulations along with the freight finance of the department.I am also responsible for 9 dedicated team members who help me to deliver the above in a proficient and timely manner.
