Payroll;•Assist with the management, co-ordination and support of the International payroll function for 11+ entities across all Global Regions•Support the monthly close process by working with the Finance team to ensure all Payroll related Journals are supported and reconciled•Ensure all employer obligations are satisfactorily met and any tax liabilities and returns are filed and settled accordingly by country on a monthly, quarterly and year end basis•Liaise with third party Payroll Providers, Pension companies and Revenue bodies.Finance;•Benefit Provider Invoice Reconciliation & data entry to the system•Analysis & Approval of Employee & Contractor expense claims & data entry to the system•Assist with ad-hoc Internal & External Statutory Audit requests•Purchase Invoice & Order processing & data entry to the system•Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
