Wayne adapted extremely well and his congenial nature allowed him to gracefully work with vendors, contractors, employees and network managers. As expansion slowed, Wayne adpated to the drive for efficiency - educating the engineering teams on better ways to balance equipment distribution and also leading efforts to improve room flow and cabling infrastructure.
