This was a very busy and engaging position that gave a wide range of experience repairing a variety of products. This was one of my favorite roles, involving a consistantly changing environment, new and unique challenges on a daily baisis and regular contact face to face with customers. Working for a company that provided network and IT solutions to exhibitors at a multitude of shows being hosted at the NEC in Birmingham. From fashion shows to car shows, I worked in and supported them all. Building up bespoke networks within an extremly tight time schedule to support hundreds of exhibitor stalls, providing WAN, VLAN and telecommunication solutions. Providing live support covering the entire exhibition, meeting clients face to face to ensure their exact needs were provided for. This was a dynamic role in a dynamic and ever changing environment.
