Managing client expectation on the delivery of contractual commitments to enhance service delivery. Leading multiple refurbishment projects throughout the estate. Focusing on the regeneration of, The Orangery Kensington Palace, Perkin Reveller at The Tower of London and the Tiltyard Café at Hampton Court.
