Having my site consistently in the top 3 for the UK and top 50 out of 3500+ devices worldwide, showed the effectiveness of the maintenance and training.Problem solving and continuous improvement is an opportunity to deliver time and materials savings. A significant win during my time in this role is where I engineered an upgrade to an existing machine which expanded its functionality. This enabled work that was previously produced in large volumes and stored in warehouses could now be produced with less time, waste and storage costs all in one pass. Show less

I transferred my existing skills to develop a good understanding of a high speed inkjet web press. Producing a variety of work and using inline features such as dynamic perforation and a Videk camera system to prove integrity of work.
