Project Planning – Able to develop detailed project execution plans and ensure they are being followed at the field level. Supervise and train project planners to ensure they recognize the overall strategy and sequence of construction. Work collaboratively with clients to ensure their needs are met. Coordination and Supervision – Experience in managing multiple disciplines and understanding what each discipline requires for the other before their work starts. Always ensure that each crew working within close proximity are aware of the hazards of the others' task. I hold safety as my top priority and hold all levels of employees to the same standard. Mentor and guide workers, both new and old, to ensure project safety targets are met.Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning – Effectively oversee and coordinate projects from the initial construction phase through to the pre-commissioning and commissioning phases. Engineering and Design - Vast experience enables me provide advice, as well as guide, both to the client and engineering to solve problems that arise during the construction phase.
