I lead a medium sized creative team, adapting and localising large outdoor campaigns for both print & digital. We also develop living 1 sheets, bringing 2d static posters alive for high-end film distributors such as Paramount Pictures International and Universal Pictures International. I am used to working at a very fast pace to deliver a high volume of artworks on time and to a very high standard. Working under pressure is the norm so there is no time for panic, a cool head is needed at all times. I have a bubbly friendly personality and feel I have a great relationship with my team, priding myself on being approachable and supportive. I am exceptionally organised, methodical, conscientious and have a very sharp eye for detail. I lead from the front and am not afraid to get stuck in when the pressure is on and deadlines need to be met. I am very passionate about our company and it's clients, expecting every project to have the same high level standards no matter how big or small.
