The Modis Service Desk was setup to give experience and expertise to the Service Desk. Modis Analysts are responsible for managing their own workload of calls assigned to them. Modis Analysts ensure that all calls that could be fixed remotely are resolved either by advising the Service Desk accordingly or undertaking the work themselves if required.
