• Plan and manage team deliverable's• Achieve & exceed deliverable's against agreed client deadlines.• Provide support, leadership and guidance to team• Provide support to clients (internal & external) with regards to Fund Valuation queries (both written and verbal).• Co-ordinate and manage the accurate calculations of Fund Valuations.• Ensure daily procedures and processes are correctly followed.• Ensure process documents and procedures are in place and accurately updated.• Manage and deliver on projects.• Manage day to day activities of staff members.• Monitor the status of work, identify and solve problems, and propose solutions in an effort to solve them.• Identify and arrange training for team members, in skills, methods, and techniques necessary for completing individual and team tasks.• Coaching/mentoring members of the team, and ensure there is an effective succession plan in place to maintain service delivery.• Ensure proper process is in place to validate fund performance.• Co-ordinate and manage an effective remedial processes across the operational teams in order to correct and disseminate timeous revised reporting to the client.

Day Shift:• Meet and exceed all client SLA requirements. • Monitor and reconcile all holdings, book values and cash differences.• Complete and clear systems recons.• Correct and resubmit trades which have failed to integrate between NX Manager, Invest One and Tax 8• Correct and repair processes between NX Manager, Invest One and Tax8.• Record statistics regarding recon exposure for risk management.• Daily customer enquires (Resolution through telephonic walk-in and written correspondence)Night Shift:• Same as above• Loading of trades in NX Manager (On behalf of client)• Checking and completing Bonds in Ex process
