Our batteries have been applied to power applications in the NBN, Fire and Rescue, Defense, Water Corp, Remote and Rural applications. we set up a joint venture with our partners in China, and built 2 factories ISO9001 who work with us on R and D , then build to our specifications and supply our Australia Wide network of retail and affiliate partners. We engage with business owners who supply premium power solutions across a number of business verticals. We have the capacity to build large commercial off-grid power supplies and currently build a range of forklift batteries (Lithium) for many brands. We are always looking at partnering and or JV with other like minded renewable providers and can tender on large scale power plant design, manufacturing and implementation.

As State Manager for the Nurse Call and Integration of other software and hardware such as Access Control and additional services into the Health Sector. My role required me to find appropriate project opportunities in brownfield or greenfield Health related construction and refurbishments. Writing successful tender responses and understanding the complete process from consultants' scope of works and dealing project leads in government and private sectors. The size of the projects could be from typically 100k to 500 million . I was responsible for the writing of tenders , responding to RFT, RFI's and seeing them through to winning.Once a project was won, with us as the lead contractor or as part of the package , I would work with other construction project managers , and electrical consultants / contractors onsite to manage the relationships between all parties and manage our project to completion. Typically dealing with the executive management team of hospitals, Director of Nursing onsite, aged care and medical institutions.A significant number of projects were completed in Northern Territory and Remote WA, as well as local, and the level of technical understanding required for both the software and hardware including integration of multiple disciplines was extensive.In Summary, a highly technical application of sales processes and project management, and management of people

My role saw me across many of the Telecommunication Channels owned by Telstra. I was responsible for setting up the national structure of contact centers in all states while managing the downline of State Sales Managers and Team leaders across all the channels including the SME and Business units being operated.I am always looking at start ups, or organizations that are struggling with growth and change management associated, as this is a catalyst to enabling a workforce to flourish and grow with minimal challenges.
