I have a comprehensive knowledge of end to end BI/reporting development, with strong skills in solution design, development and data visualisation.I have developed new, enhanced old and optimised BI data warehouses. I am familiar with both SQL database management systems and the Hadoop framework. I have an excellent ability to translate technical and non-technical business requirements into insightful BI solutions.I have a number of techniques to examine, manipulate and cleanse data sets. I can clearly interpret and present my findings for all types of audiences. I have experience in building multifarious queries and data extracts for customer segmentation, and analysis to help businesses understand their customers and data better.I have excellent communication and collaboration skills gained over numerous challenging BI projects, where relationship building has been a key driver for success.I excel working independently and as a Scrum master, where I have managed teams developing complex solutions iteratively to good effect. This resulted in a 2 year long MI project to support the Digital transformation, which initially had a small 3 month budget.A little while ago I also made the decision to explore the wonderful world of Data Science.
