Market Sales Associate Manager
CurrentIn my role, I am responsible for coaching and supporting a market of community-based employee agents. I support these agent’s in achieving their individual objectives and the organization’s strategic vision as the sales model moves from start up to steady business performer. They do work that matters and I do too! - Build and maintain relationship with Market Sales Associate agents and other company employees to support organizational priorities- Currently helping organization build sales team to 600 Market Sales Associates countrywide- Diagnose and recommend solutions for agency issues- Assist agents with business planning and center of influence marketing- Ensure compliance standards are maintained - Provide day-to-day supervision
