Training and supporting Rush Truck Center staff on the implementation of a highly customized version of SAP. Training includes all aspects of sales and accounting to include, Purchase Orders, Value Increased Orders, Cash Balancing, and Deal booking. Training is followed by a 30 day period of onsite support at the dealership. This position requires 100% nationwide travel.

Train and Support new customers on new state of the art application software during their go live week. Customers include Powersports (Motorcycle, ATV, Watercraft, etc), RV, and Boat dealers nationwide.

• Full cycle project management for the implementation of Auto Parts Aftermarket Software solution to medium to large scale Auto Parts warehouses and stores. • Gather customer requirements and incorporate into software configuration.• Train customer in areas of Order Entry, Purchasing, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accts Payable, Pricing, store replenishment, Inventory management, core processing, etc. (Classroom sizes from 5 – 20 employees)• Install and configure RF Scanning equipment for inventory receiving.• Help the customer set up various pricing structures.• Test functionality of the system and resolve issues as they arise.• Provide follow-up support as required and document new procedures.

Implemented and trained on several financial modules to include: Internet Banking, Audio Response System, Auto Loan Processing, Collections, Document Imaging, Cash Machine Interface and Online Bill Payment System. Installed and configured both Hardware (Win NT and 2000 Servers) and application software. MCP in Windows 2000 Server and Professional. Trained customers utilizing one on one, classroom as well as remotely via WebEx.
