Responsibilities include the following: Requirements Management, Change Management, Release Management, Testing & Validation and Problem Management and Configuration Management

• Brief senior management on major project and enterprise change request• Create and document strategic capabilities/core competencies for new enterprise foundational processes• Hold weekly meetings in creating and integrating ITIL processes into USAF enterprise change management • Identify stakeholders and collect documentation• Analyze baseline gaps against requirements and use industry best practices (ITIL, CMMI, and CM II) to rectify potentials problems • Worked closely with functional and technical personnel as well as senior management• Baseline current process• Detect and prioritize key improvement areas• Develop end-state vision and supporting documentation for identified priority areas in Change/Configuration Management• Document a baseline for the enterprise which is a living document• Develop To-Be change/configuration processes with roles and responsibility matrix• Obtain stakeholders buy-in on management priorities• Established a standardized Change& Configuration Management capability that will serve as the baseline. The process is centralized with a configuration manager that establishes baselines via functional specifications and technical orders. To formulate version control

Oversee the practices and procedures for administering source code, producing software development builds, controlling change, and managing baseline configurations. Additional responsibilities is to support Configuration Management (CM) activities across the entire Software Development Life-Cycle

Develop, monitor and track all scheduled performance for seven different projects using an Agile methodology to include providing the client status on milestones, cost, issues and risk..

Worked with the client in formulating metrics and recommendations to effectively manage the varied unique, common shared resources, interests, and requirements for both the near-term and out-year planning and execution. Organize and facilitate meetings and direct direct releasing iteration software plans

Develop and implement Configuration Management processes and procedures for maintaining product baseline, version control, and Software/Hardware maintenance• Directs and controls all work performed within the framework of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)• Commits the organization on matters concerning performance that are within the contract scope• Performs daily communications and formal project reviews with both the customer and the company’s senior management• Prepares and maintains project schedules and monitors progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries• Tracks and controls project costs staying within or under budget• Establishes and maintains good communications with the Customer on project issues and concerns.• Co-ordinates efforts of all team members by supplying them the necessary information and resources.• Attends meetings at customer facilities for contract reviews and Program Manager Review (PMR)

Ability to manage 10 or more person team to supply 24/7 support for the Air Mobility Command Global Decision Support System (GDSS), Command Control Information Processing System (C2IPS). Present monthly metric information to senior management for the determination of future hardware, software purchase. Execute the daily, weekly, and monthly backups on over 100 servers. Troubleshoot and rebuild if necessary and entire suite of hardware. Define roles for each person within the help desk to increase the support between all first, second, and third line support. Works with developers to create define error-reporting information on all computer hardware and software. Acquire extensive knowledge of the Remedy Call Center software application.

I worked and to support C2IPS with Oracle V7.2.3 database. I have experienced with SQL and Oracle Enterprise Management. The CA Unicenter expertise I have obtained with CA Software Delivery with IPS V3.2 and V3.4. During this time, I worked with Ms. Jewel Frazier with loading IPS software on a server and using CA to delivery software to each IPS node. In addition, Ms. Frazier and I worked with CA Unicenter Event Management using this tool to alert helpdesk personnel on potential problems with C2IPS. The knowledge I have gained with NetIQ is mostly from reading white papers and conversation with Tech team members. I believe with my vast overall experiences with GDSS, C2IPS, and IMT is a benefit to GDSII program.
