Current• Responsible and accountable for SMB Laser category end to end experience, FW, HW, and SW release quality and ongoing field performance quality, including warranty spend budget.• Lead high performance team to assess and validate all customer facing quality metrics and create all customer and service documentation required for clear customer usage and support of products.• Provide strategic direction and leadership of Initiatives to improve customer quality and reduce warranty spend.• Apply open, approachable and collaborative communication style to create and maintain alignment with R&D Hardware/FW Development, Marketing and Customer Support Partners.• Create and lead transformational changes in how we conduct product, solutions, and experience assessments and validation work to keep pace with ever evolving business needs.
