Current- Responsible and accountable for SMB Laser category end to end experience, FW, HW, and SW release quality and ongoing field performance quality, including warranty spend budget.
- Lead high performance team to assess and validate all customer facing quality metrics and create all customer and service documentation required for clear customer usage and support of products.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership of Initiatives to improve customer quality and reduce warranty spend.
- Apply open, approachable and collaborative communication style to create and maintain alignment with R&D Hardware/FW Development, Marketing and Customer Support Partners.
- Create and lead transformational changes in how we conduct product, solutions, and experience assessments and validation work to keep pace with ever evolving business needs.
