My main responsibilities on site were to liaise between the clients (Vopak) and the E&I Subcontractor on all aspects of the electrical & instrumentation installation. This included: updating drawings, materials, labour allocation, timescales, problem solving and to make sure the installation run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, across 3 simultaneous projects. I also assisted in the commissioning of said projects.

Antwerp Area, Belgium

This position was working as a Project Control Manager on a new build WIND FARM in Belgium. My position was to monitor all works to determine where there were delays and where the productivity was being reduced by the platform construction company, liaise with Subcontractors / Subcontractor Supervisor to assist in completing the timesheets to ensure that programme activities and unproductive working times were accurately recorded. The timesheets were converted to electronic excel spreadsheets for man-hour tracking / summation / comparison, with separate Variation timesheets raised. All variation work was supported by individual timesheets which recorded hour / equipment / plant / materials. This data was then summated to prepare both daily reports and weekly reports. Liaise with the Supervision and The Subcontractor supervision to record all materials / equipment / plant used in the undertaking of variations or unproductive work. Weekly (Friday): Liaise with the Site Manager to accurately record the progress achieved every week.
