I provided technical and sales support for retention and drainage chemistry, dyes, defoamers and fixatives on a customer site with multiple paper machines, including inventory management.Provided technical and sales support to other paper mill customers, and developed relationships with Technical, Operations, and Purchasing staff at New Zealand's largest Pulp and Paper Mill.These relationships further led to creating the opportunity for senior technical and sales staff to pitch for the wet end chemical business at this site.Further, the strength of the relationships developed was strong enough that I began working for this potential client in the following year.
