After selling Total ICT Limited clients to them, it was part of the sale agreement that I remained with Bennett Brooks IT for 12 months. I was tasked with managing existing support personnel and overseeing all aspects of IT support as well as procuring new clients.

I decided to realise a long time ambition and start my own IT support company. During this enjoyable and challenging time, I gained a wealth of experience of what it takes to run a business, understand cash flow, profit and loss, customer service, customer retention, deal with suppliers and work with partners to achieve the solutions that we suggested and sold to our clients. We had 3 full time members of staff at the height of the business. It was also during this time that I gained the Microsoft Small Business Specialist, MCP qualification.Developed bespoke systems for clients (VB.NET), for example, system to display properties for an estate agent on screens displayed within their offices. Ticketing system for managing issues within a school and an internal CMS for our own clients. Throughout my time working at Parity Computers, I gained a vast array of experience of working with many different businesses and systems. During my time here I had a wide range of responsibilities from running a PC repair workshop, to managing engineers and developing software.
