• Responsible for all IT related tasks at two different Elementary schools.• Creation/Updating/Resolution of tickets for all issues through the use of CA Service Desk suite.• Hardware/Software/Network support for company Dell/Lenovo/Apple Laptops, Windows/Apple Desktops, HP/Xerox/Kyocera Laser/Inkjet printers/copiers, scanners, and additional In-House hardware. • Responsible for Configuration/Imaging/Deployment in a Windows/MacOS/Linux environment using Symantec Ghost.• Active Directory management of 75-100 users including Provisioning, Account unlock/reset, Group-Policy, Server File System permissions.• Management of over three hundred Apple devices with Apple Configurator ver. 1&2.• Deployment of Installs/Updates/Scripts via PSexec and custom made BAT/VBS files.• Management of all Technology inventory with the use of Google Sheets.

• Troubleshoot surveillance systems including software, hardware, and networking issues.• Configure port forwarding, NAT, DNS, and other services/protocols to allow remote access to systems.• Work with POS integrations including Aloha, Subshop 2000, Radiant, MICROS, Reval in multiple variations of connectivity.• Log and track trouble tickets through to resolution using ticketing system.• Consult customers on needs including Software, hardware, and networking components to obtain optimum efficiency.• Experience with Watchguard, Sonicwall, Microtik devices.

• Answer calls and deliver exceptional customer service to build customer satisfaction and loyalty• Troubleshoot all technical inquiries regarding network coverage, device information and data services• Stay current with email notification regarding network issues • Support Customer Care in times of need by answering calls with billing, coverage, and troubleshooting related issues.• Complete ongoing training to stay current of product, service and policy changes.• Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries• Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues.
