As a Security Operations Team Supervisor, I lead, inspire, and motivate a team of Officers who work tirelessly to ensure that our terminals and vehicle control posts (VCP) are secure and fully compliant. To achieve this, I manage the team on shift, ensuring that all activities comply with regulations and standards and that our operations are of the highest quality.In addition to these duties, I work closely with a dedicated focus team of up to 15 Officers, overseeing their work and ensuring they meet their targets. I also collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that our operations are efficient and compliant and always satisfy our passengers' needs.One of my key responsibilities is to meet all statutory and regulatory requirements for passenger and staff security screening. This means that I constantly monitor our processes and procedures, making adjustments where necessary to ensure they meet the highest standards.Finally, I am committed to delivering exceptional passenger experiences 24/7 through customer service excellence. This involves working closely with our team to ensure our passengers feel safe and secure and meet their needs professionally and carefully.
