Human Resource Customer Support Associate
CurrentResponsible for ensuring customers, contract employees and clients receive superior human resource, payroll and benefits support. Primary liaison with corporate office regarding all human resource and accounting related issues. •Manage the on-boarding process for over 100 contractors: verify identification and completion of section 2 of the I-9, conduct pre-employment paperwork sessions, discuss external healthcare and benefit options, present and review various employment handbooks•Manage and process weekly payroll for over 100 employees by utilizing various web-based payroll software (Time and Expense, Fieldglass, PeopleClick, Beeline and ADP)•Audit and process weekly payroll to ensure contractors receive paychecks promptly and correctly, resolve all payroll and invoice errors and submit adjustments to reflect change•Schedule pre-employment drug screens, breath alcohol tests, DOT/Non-DOT physicals and standard 7-year background checks•Manage the unemployment process including claims and hearings, the Worker’s Compensation Program including education, filing claims and alternate light duty locations•Process all work related injuries incidents and ensure that post-accident drug and alcohol testing is completed•Complete internal payroll by managing the timecard audit and collection in PeopleSoft and AHCS, and submit to the appropriate corporate associate in a timely manner•Process all direct deposit account information for all employees•Ensure the completion and timely process of Tax Credit Forms•Maintained HRIS database in PeopleSoft ensuring data integrity
