Heading up the design and delivery function across the Optus business. Responsible for both the design, delivery of project and BAU materials on and offshore. Including managing an internal team of 27 and managing our vendor partner providers.

North Sydney

Heading the Learning and Development function with responsibility for the staff and franchise networks learning requirements. As well as running our business as usual training calendar and maintaining programs currency the team was also responsible for:- Change and learning interventions on a project basis- Annual network business awards- The organisation.

A start up position to analyse the 4 thousand plus employees organisational training needs. With over 40 aged care facilities, the role provided a unique opportunity to combine my passion for change and learning with creating innovation in a highly regulated environment.Major achievements, included:- Sign off of the overall training strategy.
