• Construction and scope delivery input and guidance to the project teams in their engineering, procurement and implementation activities with a focus on key value drivers - HSE, quality, constructability, cost and schedule.• Office and site responsibilities across all Woodside assets providing input into the development, review and implementation of site procedures and guidelines.• Engage with Contractors to support embedding best practice in execution aligned with value drivers of Safety quality, cost and schedule.• Support the Woodside, EPCM and Implementation contractors (IC’s) achieve designs and implementation methods that are practical, cost effective and safe to construct.• Reviewing EPCM and IC contractor’s schedules and planning to support agreed construction schedules. Provide input as required into developing schedules,• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis, undertake and participate with construction reviews, HAZID’s, prior to and leading up to site implementation.• Planning work and review work packs to assist in developing final plan prior to execution• Management of site readiness during cyclone periods.

• Oversee all site activities during construction• Managing smaller project and maintenance teams• Engagement with site teams to monitor and scrutinize HSE and site safety Management• Report and monitor contractors progress and schedule• Verify scope and QA/QC requirements of work to contractors. Read and comprehend drawings• Log and approve all extra work tickets and manage contractors within the scope of work• Have a good feel of workplace relationships with contractor and employees, monitor skill levels of contractor employees• Mange all change on site and attend and chair weekly construction progress meetings• Co-ordinate shutdowns with relevant operating departments and other contract companies.• Check on variations and control construction costing, assist with estimation• Inspect work site and report findings to Project Delivery group, pre-empt problems and recommend strategies to overcome delays. Prepare punch list items and finalise sign off. • Scrutinise safety and work method statements from contractors• Check and audit all safety perforances and activities on and off site
