Dealer standards and compliance tracking/monitoring, collect and update dealer information on timely manner which including facility change,Manage dealer non-compliance activities FED standard and PMC management on 4S and satellite facility construction; Coordinate with dealers and suppliers (PMC, Facial, furniture) to ensure smooth construction on time; Lead and conduct POCC in alliance with Sales/Aftersales representatives on site, and send new dealer notice to related teams after the 4S passed POCCCoordinating the functional/technical workshops in order to design the DMS solution with ADP;Analysing the business requirements and judging the implementation of the feasibility; Ensures control of the process and product quality;Monitors and supervises the DMS(cost,lead times);Coordinate the DMS training and rollout schedule with ADP;Communication and coordination with dealer ensure proper use DMSManagement and renew of administrative documentation on yearly basis, including dealer authorization agreement, applications, MOU, SAIC record , Dealer agreement etc
