As a Warehouse Manager I manage the warehouse staffing levels. Work with recruitment agencies. I facilitate the incoming stock into the appropriate locations, booking in air freight and shipments that regularly arrive by couriers.Stock consolidation and recording/control. I consult with transportation firms on the movement of the rolling stock going to the wharf and or over east to dealerships and head office.Invoicing, Office Management. Liaise with technical services and sales team. Break downs and repairs to rolling stock. Coordinating with off site facilities and stock control at these off site storage facilities.

Manage the Warehouse and coordinate all incoming and out going stock. Arrange pickups with clients and or couriers or freight companies.Container organisation, Debanning of containers. Stock rotation and control. Communicate with sales team or a daily basis. Supervising and controlling staffing when and when needed.

Organise shift rosters, Staff Management, holidays, sickness. Material management for machinery on a daily basis. Planning of work and liaisoning with the planning dept. Maintenance on machinery , trouble shooting on jobbing work. Meetings with the Management Team. Repairs and maintenance on machinery. Working closely with the Engineering/Electrical dept. Staff training and up skilling the team .Disassembling cleaning and reassembly of Blowen Film Extrusion Lines. Machinery improvements. Trialing of new work and materials.
