Having worked at market leading finance and insurance organizations, my career has certainly been a colourful, inspiring, motivating and greatly rewarding journey. Having been fortunate to lead a number of high performing sales teams in client facing roles within the finance, insurance and value added products segment, has given me the ability to develop and showcase my leadership skills in an ever evolving and extremely competitive environment. Having witnessed and experienced periods of great change as well as the resilience shown by many of my long standing clients keeps renewing my appreciation for the segment each day. It is for that reason that I remain as passionate today as the day I started. The challenge involved in leading a high performing team, able to generate long term value for both our clients and the organization, is something that keeps me stimulated and engaged. Understanding the importance of relationship management and fostering a culture of excellent customer service, enables me to lead a team of passionate Accounts Managers who have one goal in mind, to be the best and most relevant in the eyes of the clients we are fortunate to work with. Understanding the complexities faced in both the finance and insurance sectors has made it possible for me to impart knowledge gained and to manage my team in a manner aligned to achieving mutual success for both our organization and clients. I hope to continue learning and growing and to add value to the organizations I work for as well as the clients we are responsible for servicing. My passion and fascination for the industry continues to inspire me to excell in all I do each day and is a culture I strive to create within my team each day.
