•Maintain & grow the number of outlets to Diageo Quality Standard.•Ensure Diageo Brands are delivered to consumers in perfect condition.•Ownership of Diageo Quality Standards within Trade (The 6 Cs).•Identify root cause of all consumer & customer product quality complaints and resolve.•Provide technical advice to Owners, Architects & Builders on New Openings/Revamps.•Build & Maintain Customer Relations.•Influence, Train & Educate Owners, Bar Staff towards the delivery of optimum Consumer facing Quality.•Monitor and drive the performance of our Service Providers (Servicing, Gas, Refrigeration, Distribution & Visibility).•Act as an Ambassador for Diageo by promoting the Company, Brands and People whenever possible through positive business practice.

•Support the growth of the Diageo Beer Portfolio in Rome.•Develop distribution for Guinness/Kilkenny/Harp in bars/pubs in Rome.•Ensure new listings have excellent quality & optimum visibility set up for Diageo Brands.•Audit quality from outlets and course correct appropriately liaising with local quality teams.•Retraining of pub staff & distributors on the quality programme.•Ensuring brilliant implementations of promotions (St. Patrick's Day, Ale Promotions, etc.).•Instilling passion and building advocates for Diageo Beers with staff, publicans & ultimately consumers.•Training publicans to do their own marketing with tools provided by Diageo.•Providing reports on position in market & to identify growth opportunities.

•Primary role to act as a Guinness Ambassador at Ireland’s No. 1 tourist attraction at all times representing the brand with the aim of leaving each customer with a positive impression, memorable experience and an affiliation with Guinness as a brand.•Conduct guided tours of Guinness Storehouse in Spanish/Italian/Portuguese/English providing constant information about Guinness Storehouse including: ingredients, roasting, brewing, tasting, cooperage, transport, advertising & the history of Arthur Guinness & Guinness beer.•Part of a tasting team which creates a unique and sensual journey for visitors in the Guinness Tasting Experience inviting customers to indulge all of their senses when tasting Guinness.•Provide ‘pull your own pint’ demonstrations at the Guinness Academy in English/Spanish/Italian/Portuguese.•Interpretation & Translation services: English to Spanish/Italian/Portuguese interpretations in locations such as the Guinness Academy & the Guinness Connoisseur Experience. Translations of emails, signage, etc.•Deliver introductions/orientations to large groups of self-guided visitors and student groups (Spanish/Italian/Portuguese/English) by microphone as they begin self-guided tours creating a welcoming environment for tourists and student groups.•Bartender at the Guinness Gravity Bar ensuring that visitors receive courteous, friendly and professional service in a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere as they finish their tours.

•Design & instruct camp activities/sports/ for the students (5-8 yrs, 13 in total).•Plan & conduct science themed English lessons.•Establish & implement a set of rules to be followed at all times.•Held responsible for the safety, personal care & discipline of the children at all times (swimming, science experiments, lunch, buses, etc.).

•Plan, prepare and deliver English Lessons to a range of classes and groups (6-13 yrs, classes between 1 and 8 students).•Prepare and set oral and written exams.•Correct exams, and provide feedback to parents of the students.

•Help students improve their spoken skills through conversation classes with students aged between 12 & 18, classes between 8 & 26 students.•Assist the English teachers with conducting classes and marking exams.•Familiarize the Spanish students with Irish culture through presentations & fun activities.
