The multi million pound Enact Equity Investment Funds were created by Endless LLP to provide flexible investment to ambitious and successful small to medium sized enterprises across the UK.I have been Chair of the Enact Advisory Board ( funds 1 & 2 ) since inception, and, together with my fellow Advisory Board members, work closely with the Enact Investment Team. On 6th September 2013 I became a Non Executive Director at the leading private equity investment house, Endless LLP. Only the second such appointment in the firm’s history, I was recruited to support the Partners & Investment team with their long term business strategy, business development, support of governance, and team development/building. As a non-executive director, my role is to support the executive directors to construct and deliver the Boards strategic, operational, financial, risk and compliance plans. I seek to do this by challenge and rigorous debate drawing upon my long knowledge of this business and from his history within the financial services sector.I am also Chairman of the Together Financial Services Ltd Audit & Risk committees, supporting the integrity and probity of all risk and financial reporting including the relationship with External Auditors. I oversaw the appointment of the Group Head of Internal Audit in January 2017. In Feb 2013, I became a Non Executive Director at Beal Holdings Limited, a family-owned high quality house -builder and property developer based in East Yorkshire. I joined the team at an exciting time as the family sought to expand its volume building programme, move into additional geographies whilst also building and moving into into a new Head Office environment.
