Field Service Engineer
• On site trouble shooting of different brands of PLC hardware problems and situations. Locating the problem either electrical or hardware down to component level.• Responsible for Iconics and Wonderware HMI graphics, PLC tagging for projects within the company. Including creating electrical and hardware layout drawings in Auto Cadd.• Designing and implantation of HMI/GUI interface screens for PPL Energy Land Fill projects, Waste Water Treatment plants, Microelectronic Wafer processing machinery, and other manufacturing clients. Doing on site operational panel checkout along with graphics modifications as requested by the customer.• Designing and layout of parts and wiring of control panels. Running operations and testing to component level for all signals from the PLC to the inputs of the equipment.
