Founder and Executive Creative Director of Mayday, a full-service creative agency with offices in New York, Philadelphia and a network of global affiliates. Wayne built the agency from the ground-up, along the way gaining a reputation for delivering insightful, strategically-led creative solutions for Fortune 500s, SMBs and start-ups. Mayday produced products, campaigns, brands and business concepts. Among Mayday's blue-chip client roster, Wayne led initiatives for Levi's, Marriott, Procter & Gamble, Viacom, Nestle, and The International Olympic Committee. Mayday was successfully acquired in 2017.Founder and CEO of Buho Video, a 360 video production house that provided immersive video solutions for the real estate, hospitality and event industries. Buho's video environments helped power experiential marketing installations, VR / AR apps, and high-end video interactive tours. Buho Video was successfully acquired in 2017.Wayne has served as an advisor and business strategy consultant to more than 50 start-ups, some of which have grown into national brands and have, in total, secured more than $300mm in venture financing. He brings his expertise to very early-stage founders as an advisor for Tacklebox Accelerator.Wayne is a frequent invitee for academic design reviews and entrepreneurship panels, having sat on juries at Pratt, Parsons, Columbia GSAPP, Princeton SOA, Yale SOA, and Harvard GSD, and Columbia Business School, among others. His work has been widely published and exhibited, with features in The New York Times, Metropolis, Dwell, Surface and ICON, and displays at The Storefront for Art & Architecture, The New Museum, and The Berlage Institute.
