This new application reduced the onboarding time from 7 days to 1 day. New system was with 3rd party company to provide employee data using Datastage ETL application. Data was provided via wsdl and html to send data through webmethods systems to post via api’s to vendor.o Implemented over 400 ETL jobs for IT-HR department to feed employee data to all areas of the business. All jobs were created using Datastage, SQL queries, data marts tables, views, stored procedures, internal and external FTP. o Designed and implemented new asp.net site for the incentive compensation department. This new site streamlined the process to improve efficiency and help curtail fraudulent activity. This process was created due to a 9 million dollar overpay. o Developed several internal tools to automate mundane tasks that were quickly adopted by other developers.o Provide continue support for over 60 applications used in the HR operations organization. This includes new applications, updated requirements on current applications, and overall general IT support.
