Spearheading the "DEI in our DNA" program, I have implemented inclusive hiring practices, facilitated affinity groups, and orchestrated impactful learning experiences to foster awareness and representation across the organization. Additionally, I developed and implemented an innovative employee experience framework, resulting in a significant 36-point increase in employee Net Promoter Scores (eNPS). Through strategic leadership and data-driven decision-making, I navigated complex challenges, managed diverse teams across multiple states, and collaborated with senior leadership to drive organizational change.
