Led an extensive range of OD & HR projects in multi-site customer focused organizations. These include: Formulating and implementing a Leadership Framework & Learning Academy in 3 different organizations – 1. Asia Pacific health & wellness business with 8000+ team members & 500+ sites, 2. Fin Services with over $80B FUM, 3. Utilities organization. Led transformation of 4500 person health organization through formulation and implementation of a new strategic Framework. Significantly enhanced organizational capability of a 130 site dental organization by leading Strategy, PMO, OD & HR. Successfully completed many projects including organizational design, executive leadership capability and coaching, Strategic leadership, talent management, HR transformation, learning & development and organizational improvement.

In this rapidly changing environment of over 200 retail points of presence and several thousand employees I worked very closely with the CEO of this listed business where I had accountability for HR, OD, L&D, Internal Communications as well as leading the PMO and annual business strategy and planning process. For 2 years I also led the IT and operations areas with a team of over 120 people and a budget over $A10mil during this time. Both the HR function and the organisation were transformed in this time with significant increases in organisational, process and people capability.

In this role I was accountable for the formulation of People and Organisational strategy for the Suncorp Group, including the formulation of the Sourcing Strategy, Leadership Strategy, Culture Strategy, etc. I also led the strategy, processes and outcomes of talent management, change management, succession planning, leadership development and performance management. I drove the development of culture, engagement, EVP and OD practices and methods, plus led ExCo and Board presentations on major HR issues.
