SI-Canada assists students in over 40 countries apply to colleges and universities throughout Canada. Part of the SI-Global network, SI-Canada is proud to be the 3rd destination country joining SI-UK and SI-Ireland.

Worked with various companies, organizations, and individuals to develop strategy and provide technical, and operational support to achieve desired outcomes. Main services included website creation/development with SEO maximization, marketing, communication strategies, HR staff, payroll services, and staff training. Designed and created interactive online preparation course for international students going to the UK from 30+ countries.

Led the establishment of the new Navitas pathway program center at Florida Atlantic University. Hired and managed a diverse team looking after recruitment, admissions, academic programs and student services. Liaised with various key leaders at the University to ensure a positive student experience and transition for the students into the University to complete their degrees. Led on all marketing, student recruitment, admissions, curriculum development, website creation, global social media presence, HRM communication strategy and established all internal processes.Selected accomplishments:• Hired and trained full center staff in time for first student intake in less than 6 months• Developed admissions network in over 20 countries in year 1• Successfully recruited and maintained a stable student population 200+ by year 2

Managed all aspects of international student recruitment, admissions, study abroad programs, partnership development and international student support for the University. Key contributor to the development and implementation of the University Internationalization Strategy, global website, social media and communication strategy, and development of HRM system for the university.Selected accomplishments:• Increased income from international student fees by 70% in 2013 from previous year• Increased the number of international applications and offers over 200% in 2 years• Doubled the number of NUIM students going abroad in 2 years• Substantially added new global university partners in key countries (China, India, Brazil, Japan, USA) to facilitate growing student mobility, joint projects and new joint degrees• Identified demand for further internship opportunities and worked with several departments to develop new programs with blue chip multi-national companies in Ireland (Intel, Microsoft, HP, Unilever etc.)• Greatly expanded international student arrival and orientation services to best acclimate new students to the academic and social culture of Ireland and the University• Managed creation of new Summer programs offering academic courses for credit, internships and English language training• Jointly created the 3U Pathway program center under the 3U Partnerships, which offers courses to students, preparing them to enter Dublin-based 3U partner universities (NUIM, Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, Dublin City University)

Led international student recruitment and admissions strategy with primary focus on increasing the number of high-quality applicants for courses in all departments from over 100 countries. Managed a team of 20+ staff including travelling recruiters and administrative staff who process international student applications. Developed and managed all incoming and outgoing study abroad programs.Selected accomplishments:• Developed the University internationalization strategy with other key University leaders• Set up new University offices in Nigeria, Pakistan and India resulting in efficient and competitive recruitment while offering a far more comprehensive service for applicants• Maximized recruitment budgets to generate year-on-year increases leading to over £25M annual income my final year from international student fees• Doubled global study abroad and exchange partners while greatly increasing fee income from fee-paying visiting students

Managed all aspects of incoming study abroad program from student recruitment, marketing, website creation, curriculum development, social program development and comprehensive student support.
