Warragul Cinema is a three-theatre complex catering for the entertainment needs of a rapidly growing locale in Victoria’s eastern region. As Site Manager, I was responsible for the day to day operation of the complex.• Management and development of sixteen staff• Rostering of staff to cover the operation of the complex• Ordering and management of candy bar stock • Ordering and management of cleaning supplies as required• Liaise with tradesmen as required to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for staff and patrons• Marketing of the site to coincide with movie promotions and local events• Liaise with school and community groups to assist in sponsorship and fundraising initiatives• Management and reconciliation of cash• Training of staff with regard to health and safety and cash handling procedures
